You may have to build it yourself. Google has disabled ability to upload binary distribution files. Also note that the applications (sparkweb, etc) path name has changed from "ws" to "websockets". The websockets path is still "ws". Jetty 9.1.5 does not let us use the same web app name for both as done before.
